Embedded Developer in TSS

Today we’re welcoming Mario Alberto Corona, an embedded developer from Mexico, who is supporting our client Akasol in Gothenburg.
Before he arrived in Sweden, Mario had expected that he would meet and hang out with mostly Swedish people. But soon enough, he discovered there was a large and diverse ex-pat community in Gothenburg. Thanks to the MeetUp application, he was able to find various fun events and stay connected with the ever-growing Latino community, which helped him quickly adjust to his new life. He has also gained many friends from the UK, France, Spain, and other countries.

The thing that Mario appreciates the most about Gothenburg is the efficient public transport system — it’s easy to get around without a car to run daily errands. He is a huge fan of ecotourism, which was one of the reasons he decided to make Sweden his home — one is able to try out various outdoor activities to experience the stunning natural beauty of the countryside. Mario is eager to go on a cycling trip soon!

When it comes to indoor hobbies, he enjoys reading epic fantasy, such as The Lord of the Rings trilogy, or books on politics and philosophy.

Welcome to Sweden, Mario!
