We’re very pleased to announce that Jessica Andersson joined Telescope’s HR team as a consultant manager. Jessica’s task is to help our engineers reach high levels of job satisfaction, and develop their skills and competencies to ensure they reach their full professional potential.
She possesses many valuable skills such as extensive knowledge of labor law, understanding of the work environment, outstanding communication and listening skills, and a sense of curiosity that helps her acquire the information she needs to do her job well.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys cooking and playing golf, and she is likely the best swimmer among the Telescope crew given the fact that she worked as a swimming instructor for eight years!
