Adjusting to life in a new country isn’t without its challenges, but Tien is grateful for the amazing support he’s received from his colleagues at Telescope, describing the experience in just one word: “Amazing.”

At work, Tien is part of the BorgWarner team, focusing on analyzing and creating software requirements and implementing solutions for automotive products. His Swedish colleagues have been incredibly supportive, helping him adapt to a new working environment. Tien is especially impressed by the strong teamwork and collaborative problem-solving culture.

His professional goal is to become a technical expert in automotive software and eventually lead projects in this field. Outside of work, Tien enjoys traveling to new cities with his family, discovering interesting places, and trying new foods—a perfect way to make the most of Sweden’s amazing lifestyle.
