Our newest family member, Maria Almaz, is an IT researcher with impeccable credentials, She has spent her career refining skills in full-cycle recruiting, ranging from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring appropriate, highly-skilled employees.
Before joining our team Maria recruited successfully on behalf of iChar, in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, where she was responsible for finding talented individuals to fill vacancies in various specialty areas including engineering, development, DevOps, data science, and quality assurance. Maria calls the beautiful city of Sao Paulo, Brazil home, but professionally, her quest is to find the best skill sets in a worldwide talent pool.
